近年来低碳旅游逐渐成为旅游新热点，注重低碳旅游景区建设有利于低碳旅游的良好发展。七星公园作为桂林山水与文化的典型代表，具备建设低碳旅游景区的自然及人文基础。通过实地调研，发现七星公园在低碳景区建设方面存在环保设施使用率低、疏于维护，部分设施安排不合理，环境保护不全面等问题。应该通过优化公园布局、开发低碳旅游产品与项目、建设低碳环保设施、强化低碳景区管理，满足现阶段旅游市场和游客对低碳旅游的需求，建设成为低碳景区。%Low-carbon tourism is becoming the new hot point in tourism in recent years, and paying attention to the construction of low-carbon tourism scenic area is conducive to the development of the low-carbon tourism. Seven-star Park, as a typical representative of Guilin landscape and culture, has the natural and cultural foundation of building a low-carbon tourism scenic area. Through on-the-spot investigation, some problems have been revealed, including the low rate of utilization of environmental protection facilities, lack of maintenance, unreasonable arrangements of part of facilities, incomplete environmental protection and so on. The paper puts forward that the park should optimize its layout, develop low-carbon tourism products and projects, construct low-carbon environmental protection facilities, strengthen low-carbon scenic area management, to meet the present tourist market and tourist demand for low-carbon tourism and construct a low-carbon scenic area.
