College is an important position of ideological and cultural construction and personnel training. The education of socialist core values should become one of the important content of the work of colleges and universities. The main obstacles of the cultivation and practice of the core values are the ideological and cultural pluralism, non-center education features in the era of network, the invasion of Western decadent ideas, as well as the ideology and political courses in colleges and universities divorced from reality and the single teaching method. The construction of socialist core values in colleges and universities can be effectively promoted by the combination of Internet plus and the education of core values, the integration of traditional culture into the campus culture construction, strengthening the construction of teachers' morality, teachers’ playing the leading role of the moral model and guide and vigorously carrying out social service activities.%高校是思想文化建设和人才培养的重要阵地，社会主义核心价值观教育理应成为高校工作的重要内容之一。当前文化思想的多元化、网络时代的教育无中心特征、西方腐朽思想的侵入，以及高校思政理论课脱离实际、教学方式单一等，是高校培育践行核心价值观的主要障碍。将互联网+与高校核心价值观教育相结合，将传统文化融入校园文化建设，加强师德师风建设、发挥教师的道德楷模和道德引领作用，大力开展社会服务实践活动，能有效促进高校社会主义核心价值观的建设。
