竞赛式管理在整片开发建设项目质量管理中的实践探讨

在建设工程项目管理中，质量是管理的核心。工程质量不仅与工程的适用性、美观性密切相关，而且作为关系到安全、经济的百年大计受到全社会的高度关注。竞赛式质量管理一般在企业内部应用较多，通过中州铝厂居住区工程业主对承包商所进行的竞赛式质量管理的成功实践，探讨了竞赛式质量管理在现阶段整片开发建设项目质量管理中的适用性，以期为进一步搞好新时期整片开发建设项目质量管理工作提供借鉴。%In the construction project management,the quality is the management core.Engineering quality is not only closely related with the applicability and artistry,but also as the achievement concerning the great project of security and economy,causes the wide social attention.Competition-quality management is generally used in enterprise interior application.Through the successful practice of competition-quality management the engineering owner carried on the contractor in Zhongzhou aluminum factory,this paper discussed the applicability of competition-quality management for the entire developed project quality management in the present stage.It can provide reference to further promote the development of the new era entire developed project quality management.
