管理团队异质性与隐性知识关系研究

         

摘要

The matching of the heterogeneity within management team is of great importance to improving the management level of the team. The management level is decided by the tacit knowledge of the managers. The paper puts forward models constructing the general characteristics of heterogeneity for the management team members and tacit knowledge level. The paper holds that age heterogeneity, profession heterogeneity, education heterogeneity, etc. have positive impact on the level of tacit knowledge while heterogeneity involving term of office adversely affects the management ability as well as the level of tacit knowledge.%实现管理团队内部异质性的匹配对提高团队管理水平有非常重要的影响,而管理水平的高低由管理者隐性知识水平决定。提出了管理团队成员特征的一般异质性和专长异质性与隐性知识水平构建模型,认为年龄异质性、专业异质性、教育异质性等对隐性知识水平有积极作用,任期异质性对管理他人的隐性知识水平和能力产生不利影响。
