从专利成果看高校科研管理体制改革成效——以河南工业大学为例

摘要

以河南工业大学为例从科研成果形式之一的专利成果产出情况研究大学科研改革的成效。高校近年来普遍加大了科研管理体制改革力度，使高校科研成果的数量和质量大幅度提高。目前科研管理政策改革方向加大专利成果的转化力度更好地服务创新型国家建设。%The paper examines the effectiveness of the reform in scientific research according to results from patents--one form of outputs of scientific research with Henan University of Technology as a case in point. In recent years, universities in China have increased the impact and momentum of reform in research management system, which significantly enhances the quantity and quality of achievements in scientific research. The present orientation of the reform in research management policy is to step up the transformation of patent results and better serve the construction of an innovative country.
