新常态下河南粮食生产保障国家粮食安全的路径探析

“经济新常态”的重大战略判断，深刻揭示了中国经济发展阶段的新变化。多年以来，河南粮食生产连续增产，为保障国家粮食安全做出了重要贡献。随着我国经济进入新常态，粮食生产的内外部环境正在发生深刻变化，所面临的挑战也前所未有。转变粮食生产方式，调整粮食产业结构，在提高粮食生产能力上开辟新途径、挖掘新空间、培育新优势，走产出高效、产品安全、资源节约、环境友好的现代粮食生产道路，是新常态下河南粮食生产的当务之急和必然选择。%The major strategic judgment of “the New Economic Norm”deeply reveals the new changes in Chi-na’s economic development stage.Over the years,Henan Province has made important contribution to the pro-tection of the nation’s food security due to its continuous increase in grain production.As China’s economy has entered a new norm,food production in both the interior and external environment is undergoing profound changes and the challenges are unprecedented.The article points out a road to modern food production,i.e. changing food production mode,adjusting food industry structure,developing a new way of increasing food production,tapping new space,cultivating new advantages,taking a modern and environment-friendly road of output efficiency,product safety and resource saving,which is an imperative and inevitable choice of the grain production in Henan Province under the new norm.
