We briefly described the research progress on the source,the preparation and purification technology of α-linolenic acid,analyzed the problems existing in the study and development of α-linolenic acid,and also prospected the further development.%从α-亚麻酸的来源、α-亚麻酸的制取及纯化工艺技术等方面简述了α-亚麻酸的研究现状；分析α-亚麻酸研究与开发存在的问题及解决对策,并对其未来发展进行了展望.
