蛋白复合膜研究进展

摘要

介绍了蛋白复合膜的特点,从动物蛋白膜和植物蛋白膜两个方面对可降解甚至可食性膜的最新研究进展进行了综述,并对蛋白复合膜的应用进行了展望.%The paper introduced the characteristics of composite protein films,summarized the latest research progress on the degradable or even editable films from two aspects of animal protein films and vegetable protein films,and also prospected the application of the composite protein films.
