As the largest and greatest potential group to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the returning-home migrant workers ' entrepreneurship will be the key solution, which can promote rural urbanization, agricultural modernization and the building of moderately prosperous society in all respects. This will be also the key to solve the problem of rural labor employment and the left-behind problem. In this study, we conducted a sample survey of 12 counties ( cities) in Henan Province, interviewed 360 returning-home migrant workers' enterprises,and analyzed the practical models of 20 enterprises. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the practical models.%农民工作为推动"众创"中人数最多、潜力最大的群体,其返乡创业是推动农村城镇化、农业现代化和全面建成小康社会的重要途径,也是解决农村劳动力就近就业和留守问题的关键. 运用点面结合的调研方法,对河南省12县(市)360家农民工返乡创业企业进行抽样调查,深入剖析了20户返乡创业农民的创业实践模式. 结果表明,农民工返乡创业存在自主式创业、嵌入式创业两大模式.
