文化强国背景下文明河南实现路径研究

摘要

The culture strategy is an important measure to upgrade China’s national soft power and national image,shape citizens’moral quality,and promote economic development.Most important of all,it is the key support to realize the “China Dream”.With the rapid development of Henan economy,the exploration of approaches to build a powerful cultural province and to realize a civilized Henan has become a hotspot issue which needs to be solved immediately.%文化强国战略是提升国家软实力及国家形象、塑造公民良好道德素质、促进经济发展的重要举措，更是实现伟大“中国梦”的重要支撑。在此背景下，随着河南经济的快速发展，如何打造文化强省，以及如何建成文明河南的路径探索成为当下亟待解决的热点问题。
