从叶县县衙看明代等级生活与权力运作

摘要

作为我国现存唯一的明代县衙，叶县县衙是明代县级政权衙门的实物标本。其空间布局、建筑细节体现着明代的等级精神；在各项制度较为成熟的明代，县衙成为基层权力运作的静态凝结，反映了明代县级权力的日常运作过程；其虚受堂和思补斋的设置以及楹联体现了中国传统社会对“贤人之治”的一致期盼与政治期许。%As the only existing yamun,Yexian Yamun is the specimen of county-level yamuns of Ming Dynasty. Its layout and architectural details reflect the hierarchy of Ming Dynasty.At that time with all kinds of perfect systems,Yamun becomes the static condensation of the grassroots power operation,which reflects daily process of the county power operation in Ming Dynasty.The settings and couplets of Xushoutang and Sibuzhai embody the consistent pursuit as well as the political expectations for the sage-ruling in Chinese traditional society.
