三种中草药挥发油抗菌活性研究

摘要

目的:西洋菜、破铜钱和马兰三种中草药挥发油成分进行抗耐药金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌活性研究.方法:采用纸片扩散法进行检测.结果:三种中草药的挥发油成分菌具有抑制三种耐药菌株活性.结论:破铜钱挥发油在三种中草药中活性最强.%Objective: The essential oil of Nasturtium officinales, Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam and Kalimeris Indica (L.). Sch-Bip was tested against resistant strain of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Methods: The method of agar-discs diffusion was used to assay the antibacterial activity. Results: The essential oil of three Chinese Medical Herbs showed the antimicrobial activity. Conclusion: The essential oil of H. sibthorpioides was found to be the most potent in three microorganism.
