基于生命表的建设项目劳动力曲线编制方法研究

摘要

Labor arrangement is important for construction project implementation. In a construction plan, the labor dynamic curve is generated mainly by personnel accumulative. It cannot reflect the optimal labor curve and evaluate personnel balance. In order to make up the traditional labor shortage of a dynamic curve, the paper put forward a compiling labor curve method with a life table used mainly in demography and population science. At last the method is proved by the intrinsic increase rate and empirical data.%在建设项目施工组织过程中,劳动力安排关系对项目成功实施至关重要.目前,劳动力动态曲线主要通过累加方式生成,既不能反映劳动最优安排,又不能对人员安排均衡性进行评价.为此提出了基于生命表编制劳动力曲线的方法.该方法可通过内廪增长率研究劳动力安排均衡问题,利用劳动力实际增长曲线与最适宜增长曲线研究劳动力增长空间问题.最后,通过一个建设项目的实际数据进行了实证研究.
