干燥丝瓜叶水煎液的抗炎作用研究

摘要

Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of the aqueous extract of the dry leaf of luffa.Methods Using xylene induced ear edema , carrageenan induced mouse paw edema , rat granulo-ma inflammatory model to observe the anti-inflammatory activity of decoction of dry leaf of luffa .Resutl s Decoction of dry leaf of luffa in the 5~10 g/kg dose range can significantly suppress the degree of xy-lene induced ear swelling and carrageenan induced mouse paw swelling , reduce the weight of granuloma . Conclusion Decoction of dry leaf of luffa has anti-inflammatory effect .%目的：观察干燥丝瓜叶水煎液的抗炎作用。方法分别采用二甲苯致耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿等炎症模型，观察干燥丝瓜叶水煎液的抗炎活性。结果干燥丝瓜叶水煎液在5～10 g／kg 的剂量范围内，能明显抑制二甲苯致耳肿胀程度和角叉菜胶诱导小鼠足跖肿胀程度，减轻肉芽肿重量。结论干燥丝瓜叶水煎液具有抗炎作用。
