侦查权内部监督体系检视与完善

摘要

侦查权是国家以法律形式赋予侦查机关的公权力,侦查权的运用极易引起对当事人权益的侵犯,必须加强侦查权的监督。由于侦查权的外部监督乏力,侦查机关业已建构了侦查机关内部的自我监督控制体系。本文通过对侦查权内部监督体系的检视,探索完善侦查权内部监督体系的进路。%The investigation power is public power entrusted to the national investigative agency by legal form,use of the power is easy to cause the violation of rights of the parties,so it must be ensureed in the strict supervision.However,due to the weak external oversight investigation,the investigation authorities have been constructed their self-monitoring control system within the organs.Based on the detection of internal supervision system,we try to explore and improve the internal supervision system of investigation power.
