职业素养教育：高等教育人才培养的新转向

摘要

Professional quality plays an important role in the process of personal development ,sustainable develop-ment and lifelong development .To effectively improve the quality of talents cultivation , higher education must pay attention to the cultivation of professional quality of undergraduates .Therefore,we should carry out the professional quality education of undergraduates from the aspects as the establishment of educational idea of sustainable develop -ment,the construction of professional quality education system of higher education and sustainable classrooms ,the development of campus culture carrier ,and so on .%职业素养在个人自我发展、持续发展与终身发展的过程中发挥着极为关键的作用。高等教育要切实提高人才培养质量，必须关注大学生职业素质的培养。因此，要从树立“可持续发展”的教育理念、构建高等教育职业素养教育体系、构建“可持续发展的课堂”、拓展校园文化载体几个方面开展大学生职业素养教育。
