新升本院校青年教师教学能力的培养策略研究

摘要

An-investigation-on-467-young-teachers-in-three-newly-upgraded-universities-in-Gansu-showed-that-there-were-absence-of-teaching-ability-and-practical-experience-of-most-young-teachers,especially-new-upgraded-universi-ties.-It-also-showed-out-that-the-cultivation-of-young-teacher’s-teaching-ability-were-insufficient,and-some-problems-were-existed-as-ineffective-pre---job-training,limited-chances-of-in---service-training,nonstandard-teaching-research-activity-university,and-so-on.-The-new-upgraded-universities-should-improve-the-teaching-ability-of-young-teachers-by-Inductive-teacher-education-and-in---service-education,research-teaching,teaching-reflection,learning-teacher-or-ganization-construction,and-so-on.%对甘肃三所学校467位青年教师的调查结果显示：大部分青年教师存在教学业务能力不足、实践经验缺乏等问题，新升本院校的表现尤为突出；同时，地方新升本院校对青年教师教学能力的培养不足，存在岗前培训效果不佳、在职培训机会少、教研室活动不规范等问题。新升本高校可通过入职教育和在职教育、研究性教学、教学反思、创建学习型教师组织等方法提高新升本院校青年教师的教学能力。
