新农村建设中农村职业教育发展的瓶颈与路径选择

摘要

The great development of rural vocational education is an important measure of China ’ s socialist New Ru-ral Construction ,but the rural vocational education in the process of development also faces many obstacles ,so that the service efficiency of the new rural construction is at a discount greatly ,with the main reasons as imperfect laws , ineffective government planning and coordinating , and the absence of policy compensation system .To increase the service ability of rural vocational education for the New Rural Construction ,we should clear the guiding thought and running way of rural vocational education , enlarge the investment of rural vocational education , enhance the con-struction of relevant characteristic specialties of rural vocational education , strengthen the construction of teachers team of rural vocational education ,and deepen the reform of teaching and education .%大力发展农村职业教育是我国社会主义新农村建设的重要举措，但农村职业教育在发展过程中面临着重重阻碍，导致其服务新农村建设的效能大打折扣，而法律法规不健全、政府统筹协调不力、政策补偿机制欠缺是形成瓶颈的主要原因。为了提高农村职业教育服务新农村建设的力度，需要明确农村职业教育的指导思想和办学思路；加大农村职业教育投入；加强农村职业教育相关特色专业建设；加强农村职业教育师资队伍建设；深化教育教学改革。
