中国部分马铃薯产区马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)的株系分化与鉴定

分别克隆了黑龙江、山西、贵州等3省内的4个马铃薯产区的PVY p1基因和cp基因,通过系统地基因序列分析对各分离物的株系种类进行了鉴定.结果表明中国马铃薯产区PVY株系分化现象明显,其中黑龙江省克山农场分离为PVYNTN株系；贵州省贵阳市分离物、威宁自治县分离物、山西省临县分离物为PVYN:O株系.PVYN:O株系分布普遍,可能已经成为中国部分马铃薯产区PVY的主要流行株系.%The p1 gene and cp gene of 4 PVY isolates from the Heilongjiang, Shanxi and Guizhou provinces were cloned. The strains of these PVY isolates were confirmed with the molecular identification method based on the sequence analysis of cp gene and p1 gene. The results showed that the PVY strains in China differentiated obviously, the Keshan isolate from Heilongjiang province was PVYNTN strain, the Cuiyang isolate, Weining isolate from Cuizhou province and the Linxian isolate from Shanxi province were PVYN:0 strain. As the PVYN:° strain.it was widespread in some areas has probably become the main epidemic strain in China.
