玉米抗倒伏性状的配合力效应及通径分析

         

摘要

以不同杂优类群的4个玉米自交系为父本,5个含热带血缘的自交系为母本,按NCⅡ遗传交配设计组配成20个杂交组合,采用裂区设计进行田间试验,对株高、穗位高、茎秆强度、入土次生根条数、倒伏率等8个性状进行配合力效应和通径分析.结果表明,在调查的8个性状方面,父母本各自之间配合力效应存在显著或极显著基因型差异,父本×母本互作效应除节间长、茎粗和入土次生根条数不显著外,其余性状都存在显著或极显著差异;各性状父母本的GCA方差是SCA方差的3~34倍,表明在抗倒伏性状的遗传变异中,基因加性效应起主导作用.本研究材料中,郑58的抗倒性配合力最强,其次是87-1,可选择使用;抗倒伏性与株高、稳位高、茎秆强度、茎粗、入土次生根条数均极显著相关;通径分析结果表明,入土次生根条数、茎秆强度和穗位高对抗倒性的直接效应最大,加强对这些性状的选择是提高抗倒伏性的关键.%Four inbred lines from different heterosis groups as males crossed with 5 inbred lines containing tropic germplasrn according to NC Ⅱ design to compose twenty crosses. Field trial was made using split plot design. Eight traits, including plant height, ear height, stalk strength, root number and so on, are measured to analyze combining ability and path analysis. The result showed that the effects of combining ability of males and females as well as their interactions existed significant differences in all traits investigated except for internode length, internode diameter and leaf angle interactions. The variance of GCA of male and female are 3 ~ 34 times of that of SCA, which inferred that gene additive effect was more important in the variation of lodging resistance traits. Among four males and five females,the combining ability of lodging resistance of Zheng 58 is the greatest, followed by 87 -1, they can be used to make hybrid. Lodging resistance ability was significantly related to plant height, ear height, stalk strength and root number; the results of path analysis showed direct effects of root number, stalk strength, ear height were great. To reinforce selection of these traits is the key problem of improving lodging resistance.
