基于DEA-Tobit模型的河南省粮食生产效率分析

         

摘要

Using data for 18 cities in Henan Province from 2000 to 2010 and data envelopment analysis (DEA) Henan Province grain production efficiency was analyzed; then Tobit model was used to analyzed the main influencing factors of Henan grain production efficiency. The analysis results show that Henan Province grain production efficiency level integral is higher, but these exists a redundant input in Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Pingdingshan, Anyang, Puyang, Xuchang, Luohe, Sanmenxia, Nanyang and Shangqiu. Positine correlation exists between effective irrigation area and unit area grain yield and grain production efficiency, and high GDP per capita of local food production efficiency is relatively low. Therefore, in the process of food production a reasonable adjustment of factor inputs is necessary, the construction of irrigation and water conservancy facilities, should be strengthened and advanced agricultural science and technology should used to improve the efficiency of food production.%采用2000-20t0年河南省18个市的数据,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)分析了河南省粮食生产效率;并用Tobit模型分析了河南省粮食生产效率的主要影响因素.分析结果表明,河南省粮食生产效率水平整体比较高,但是郑州,开封,洛阳,平顶山,安阳,濮阳,许昌,漯河,三门峡,南阳,商丘11个市存在投入的过量;有效灌溉面积和单位面积粮食产量与粮食生产效率存在正相关,而人均GDP高的市粮食生产效率则相对较低.因此,在粮食生产过程中应合理调整要素投入,加强农田水利设施建设,采用先进的农业科技,从而提高粮食生产效率.
