日光温室与露地栽培凯特杏生理指标变化的研究

     

摘要

以凯特杏叶片为试材,露地栽培为对照,研究了河南地区日光温室凯特杏树体6项生理指标的变化.结果表明:与露地同期比较,日光温室栽培的凯特杏,MDA含量和CAT活性均增加,在果实成熟期达到最大值为5.054 0μmol·g-1,310.072 5 U·g-1·min-1,分别比露地高39.6%和36.43%;而可溶性糖含量、SOD、POD活性和可溶性蛋白质含量均下降.可溶性糖含量在硬核期达到最大值为3.464 3%,比露地低28.60%.SOD和POD活性在果实成熟期达到最大值,为249.103 6 U·g-1,110.875 0 U·g-1·min-1,分别比露地低30.10%,73.73%.可溶性蛋白质含量则不同,幼果期含量最低为14.081 1 mg·g-1,比露地低76.27%,而此期露地含量最高.以上指标均达到差异极显著水平.日光温室内不同部位比较,在果实发育期的MDA、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质、SOD和POD活性均表现出南部比北部高,但CAT活性则是南部比北部低.%Study was conducted on 6 physiological indexes of Katy Apricot grown in the greenhouse, with Katy Apricot leaf as experiment materials and those grown in the open field as the CK in Henan. The results showed that; in the greenhouse MDA content and CAT activity increased and respectively reached their maximum value 5. 054 0 μmol · g and 310. 072 5 U · g -1 min-1 at fruit growth stage, which was 39.6% and 36.43% higher than those from the open field. The soluble sugar content, the soluble protein content, POD and SOD activity in greenhouse were lower than those in the open field. The soluble sugar content reached its maximun value 3.464 3% at the core period, which was 28. 60% lower than that in the open field. POD and SOD activity respectively reached their maxi-um value 249. 103 6 U · g-1 and 110. 875 0 U · g-1 · min-1 which was respectively 30. 10% and its 73. 73% lower than that in the open field. The soluble protein content showed different variable pattern and reached minimum value 14.0811 mg · g-1 at the young fruit period, which was 76. 27% lower than that in the open field, and at that time the maximum value in the open field appeared. All the above mentioned data reached uttermost significant level. The various parts of the greenhouse were also compared, and the results showed that MDA content, the soluble sugar content, the soluble proteincontent, POD and SOD activity were all higher in the southern part than in the northern and central parts. However, CAT activity in the southern part was lower than in the northern part of the greenhouse.
