郑州市航空港经济综合实验区采取了包干制补偿方法,为了验证补偿方式的科学性,本研究以完成或正在进行包干制补偿的失地农民为调查对象,运用满意度调查分析法,从农民预期、感知质量、感知价值、农民满意、农民信任5个方面对失地农民的满意度进行了调查分析.研究结果表明,失地农民在进行包干帝补偿后普遍满意度较高,证明了包干制补偿方式在实验区具备可行性;与现行实物制补偿相比较,包干制在提高征地效率、规范征地行为、减少征地纠纷等方面更具优势.%In order to verify the scientific feature of contract compensation,in Zhengzhou airport economic comprehensive experimentation area the farmers who was completed or ongoing the land requisition were taken as survey subject for analysis and by using the satisfaction survey method for analysis of the expectation of farmers,and by perceived quality,perceived value,satisfaction of farmers and trust of farmers as perspectives.From the resuhs we can see that most farmers have high satisfaction after the operation of contract system.It is proved the compensation method is suitable in the experimentation area.Compared with the real compensation system,the contract compensation was more advantages in improving work efficiency,regulating the behavior of land requisition,reducing the disputes,and so on.
