The temperature and time of drying and its effect on the aromatic components on paper-making reconstituted tobacco were studied.The research results showed that temperature and time are the important factors influencing the aromatic components of reconstituted tobacco in the process of drying,and compared with the natural drying,the total loss of aromatic components was up to 19.52% at the drying temperature of 105 ℃.At the same drying time,the higher the temperature of drying was the more aromatic components of reconstruction tobacco last.The higher the temperature of headspace analysis,the larger the volatile component number of reconstituted tobacco was volatiled.When the equilibrium temperature was 120 ℃,the volatile component number was up to 34.%研究了再造烟叶干燥过程中干燥温度和时间对再造烟叶致香成分的影响.结果表明,再造烟叶干燥过程中,干燥温度和干燥时间是影响再造烟叶致香成分的重要因素.与自然晾干相比,105℃条件下烘干,致香成分总损失量达19.52%;相同的干燥时间情况下,干燥温度越高,再造烟叶致香成分损失越大.顶空平衡温度越高,再造烟叶的挥发性成分数目越多,各成分响应也越大,120℃平衡温度条件下,检出的挥发性成分数多迭34个.
