双波法测定烟草淀粉组分含量的前处理改进

         

摘要

To improve the pretreatment of determination of the tobacco starch components by dual wavelength spectrophotometry,we referenced the measurement methods of other crops and considered its specific source,and used Soxhlet extraction System to remove the fat,pigmentum,sugars and other substances that affect the determination of starch components,then determined the starch component content in the samples.The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the repeated test of the sample from the improved pretreatment is small and the stability of the sample solution is good.The recovery rate of added mylose was 103.71%.The improved pretreatment program is simple,and easy to operate,and the new method can be applied for analyzing plentiful samples due to its accuracy and rapidness.%为改进双波长分光光度计法测定烟草淀粉组分的前处理,参照其他作物淀粉组分的测定方法,结合烟草淀粉的特殊来源,借助索氏提取器将脂肪、色素、糖类等对淀粉测定有影响的物质除去,然后对样品中淀粉组分含量进行测定.结果表明,前处理改进后所得样品的重复性试验相对偏差小,待测样品溶液稳定性良好;加标样直链淀粉的平均回收率为103.71%.改进后的前处理方法操作便捷,适用于烟草制品批量检测.
