In order to discuss the mitigating effects of salicylic acid (SA) on the inhibition of Cr2+ stress to the mung bean seedling growth, physiological traits of mung bean seedlings growing under 10 mmol/L Cr2+ stress were studied by application of different concentrations of SA. The results showed that SA between 0. 25 — 0. 50 mg/L could stimulate the growth of mung bean seedlings through mitigating the poisonous action of Cr2+ .including the increase of plant height,fresh weight, root length, root vigor index and chlorophyll content and the decrease of MDA content of mung bean seedling. And the optimum treatment concentration of SA was 0. 50 mg/L. The study indicated that SA could be used to relieve the damage of Cr2+ stress to mung bean seedlings.%为探讨水杨酸(SA)对铬胁迫下绿豆幼苗生长抑制的缓解效应,采用水培法研究了不同质量浓度SA对10 mmol/L铬胁迫下绿豆幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:0.25~0.50 mg/L SA均能提高铬胁迫下绿豆幼苗的株高、鲜质量、根长、根系活力指数、叶绿素含量,降低过氧化产物MDA含量,明显缓解铬胁迫对绿豆幼苗生长的抑制.其中,以0.50 mg/L的SA缓解效果最好.因此,利用SA可以缓解铬胁迫对绿豆幼苗的伤害.
