不同植物生长调节剂对番茄穴盘幼苗生长发育的影响

         

摘要

In order to investigate the influence of plant growth regulators on intensive tomato plug seedlings,two tomato varieties,Zhongza 9(late-maturing) and Zhongza 109{early-maturing) ,were used to investigate the influence of plant growth regulators on sound seedling index,G value,budding time,and seedling water content under tomato plug technology. The results showed that the sound seedling index of treatment 7,treatment 9,and treatment 8 was significantly increased. The G value of the sound seedlings(58 days old) was 0. 019,0. 020 and 0. 025, respectively. The early maturing characters of seedlings in treatment 8 were obviously raised both for late-maturing and early-maturing varieties. Comprehensive multi-objective evaluation showed that the plug seedlings of the highest quality were obtained with treatment 8.%为探讨不同植物生长调节剂在番茄穴盘集约化育苗中的效果,以番茄品种中杂9号(晚熟品种)和中杂109(早熟品种)为试材,研究了不同植物生长调节剂处理对番茄穴盘幼苗的壮苗指数、G值、现蕾时间和幼苗含水量等生物学性状的影响.结果表明:处理7(15%多效唑可湿性粉剂1 000倍+1.8%爱多收水剂5 000倍,7d后重复喷施1次爱多收)、处理8(20%超级矮丰王可湿性粉剂2 000倍+1.8%爱多收水剂5 000倍,7d后重复喷施1次爱多收)、处理9(250 g/L助壮素3 750倍+1.8%爱多收水剂5 000倍,7d后重复喷施1次爱多收)的番茄幼苗壮苗指数分别为0.036、0.031、0.034,极显著高于对照(清水)的壮苗指数,成苗(58 d苗龄)的G值分别为0.019、0.020、0.025,与对照差异不显著;采用处理8对提早番茄现蕾时间效果最好.通过多目标综合评价,处理8可获得最优质的番茄穴盘幼苗.
