利用AMMI模型对大丽花表型性状稳定性的评判

         

摘要

为研究大丽花表型性状在不同环境下的稳定性,以综合性状优良的9个大丽花品种为试材,对其3 a(2009-2011年)内7个表型性状的稳定性进行分析.结果表明:大丽花叶长、叶柄长和花梗长的基因型作用差异显著,环境作用差异不显著,其他性状指标在品种间和不同的环境作用下均存在显著差异;除株高的环境作用>基因型作用外,叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、花径、花梗长、茎粗的基因型作用>环境作用;利用AMMI模型对部分性状进行分析,叶宽较稳定的品种是争奇斗艳和桔莲;叶柄长较稳定的品种是争奇斗艳和桃红牡丹;花梗长较为稳定的品种是伊妮德和佳人苑.叶宽、叶柄长和花梗长在2009年环境下较稳定,在2010年和2011年环境下稳定性较差.可见,利用AMMI模型能够很好地解释大丽花袁型性状基因型作用、环境作用、基因×环境的交互作用,并能很好地筛选稳定品种及性状.%In order to analyze the stability of dahlia phenotypic traits under different environment, 7 phenotype traits were used to analysed their stability in 3 years(2009 - 2011) with 9 elite dahlia cul-tivars as materials. The results indicated that effects of genotype on leaf length, petiole length and pedicel length were extremely significantly different, but the effects of environment were not significantly different. Other phenotypic traits have significant differences in both effects of genotype and effects of environment. Effects of the genotypes on leaf length, leaf width, petiole length, flower diameter, pedicel length and stem diameter were greater than environment except the effects of environment on plant height. Some traits were analysed by using AMMI model. The result showed that for leaf width,the most stable culti-vars were Bodascious and Pam Howden. The varieties with better stable petiole length included Bodas-cious and Papageno. The cultivars with better stable pedicel length included Hy Enid and Pennsgift. Environment was much more appropriate for leaf width,petiole length and pedicel length in 2009 than that in 2010 and 2011. It is noted that genotype,environment and GXE interaction on phenotype traits can be explained well by using AMMI model,which also selected the cultivars with stable traits.
