6种水产药物对金鱼苗的急性毒性试验

         

摘要

常温静水条件下,用水生生物毒性试验方法研究了氯氰菊酯、高锰酸钾、强氯精、戊二醛、二氧化氯和亚甲基蓝对金鱼稚鱼(体长1.4~1.6cm)的急性毒性.结果表明,6种水产药物对金鱼苗的24 h半致死质量浓度(LC50)分别为0.009 8 mg/L、2.4 mg/L、2.3 mg/L、3.5 mg/L、5.8 mg/L和26.8 mg/L,对金鱼苗的安全质量浓度分别为0.002 6 mg/L、0.26 mg/L、0.53 mg/L、0.88 mg/L、1.4 mg/L和2.36 mg/L.结果分析显示,高锰酸钾不宜在金鱼苗种培育中使用,氯氰菊酯和强氯精应谨慎使用,而二氧化氯、亚甲基蓝和戊二醛可以安全使用.%The acute toxicity effects of six kinds of aquacultural drugs,including cypermethrin,potassium permanganate, trichloroisocyanuric acid, glutaraldehyde, chlorinae dioxydum,and methy-lenum coeruleum,on goldfish Carassius auratus juveniles with body length of 1. 4 - 1. 6 cm were studied in lentic condition at room temperature. The result showed that the 24 h LC50 of the six drugs was 0.009 8 mg/L,2. 4 mg/L,2. 3 mg/L,3. 5 mg/L,5. 8 mg/L,and 26. 8 mg/L,and the safe concentration of the six drugs was 0. 002 6 mg/L,0. 26 mg/L,0. 53 mg/L,0. 88 rng/L,l. 4 mg/L,and 2. 36 mg/L,respectively. This suggests that potassium permanganate was not suitable to use for controlling the diseases of goldfish juveniles, while cypermethrin and trichloroisocyanuric acid should be used carefully. The other three drugs, chlorinae dioxydu, methylenum coeruleum and glutaraldehyde,could be used securely.
