兔球虫病的诊断及虫种鉴定

摘要

为探讨兔球虫病的诊断方法,对新乡市某兔场以消瘦下痢为主要症状的病兔进行临床检查、粪便直接涂片检查、饱和食盐水漂浮检查,并对粪样中检出的球虫卵囊及其孢子化卵囊进行形态学观察和虫种鉴定.在粪便中检出大量的球虫卵囊,经鉴定,分别为盲肠艾美耳球虫、黄艾美耳球虫、肠艾美耳球虫、梨形艾美耳球虫、大型艾美耳球虫、中型艾美耳球虫和长型艾美耳球虫,最后确诊该兔场发生的是由多种艾美耳球虫混合感染引起的兔球虫病.%To provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of rabbit coccidiosis, rabbits showing weight loss and diarrhea as the main clinical symptoms from a rabbit farm in Xinxiang city were examined by stool direct smears and saturated salt water flotation examination. The insect species of coccidia oocysts and sporulated oocysts in fecal samples were observed and identified. Large coccidian oogonia were detected by appraisement, and they were E. coecicola,E. fls-vescens,E. intestinalis, E. piri formis ,E. magna,E. media, and E. elongata. This indicated that the field coccidiosis of rabbits was caused by mixed infection of species of Eimeria.
