斜生栅藻培养基优化及菌藻共生体系处理污水

     

摘要

为建立适用于模拟污水处理的菌藻共生体系,通过模拟污水的适应性分析,选定斜生栅藻为共生藻种,以BBM为基础培养基对其生长条件进行优化,并建立好氧颗粒污泥和藻类的共生体系进行模拟污水处理。结果表明:斜生栅藻的最适生长条件,接种量为10%,培养基的初始pH为7.5,C6 H12 O6和NH4 Cl的质量浓度分别为1500和300 mg/L。好氧颗粒污泥和斜生栅藻的共生体系对污水COD、NH3-N、TP的去除率分别为93.89%、87.64%、91.35%,优于单独的斜生栅藻和单独的好氧颗粒污泥,可以提高模拟污水中有机物和氮、磷的同步去除效果。%This paper arises from the need to develop algal-bacterial symbiotic system tailored for wastewater treatment. The development is possible with the selection of scenedesmus obliquus for symbi-otic algae through sewage adaptive analysis;the optimization of its growth conditions based on BBM medi-um( Bold’ s Basal Medium);and the consequent production of aerobic granular sludge and scenedesmus obliquus symbiotic system for sewage treatment. The results show that the optimum growth conditions for scenedesmus obliquus is inoculum of 10%, initial pH value of 7. 5, C6 H12 O6 concentration of 1 500 mg/L, NH4 Cl concentration of 300 mg/L. When applied to treat sewage, symbiotic system of scenedesmus obliquus and aerobic granular sludge ensures the COD, NH3-N and TP removal rate of 93. 89%, 87. 64%,91. 35%, respectively, providing a significant advantage over single oblique scenedesmus and separate aerobic granular sludge and thus enabling the improvement in the synchronization removal effect of organics, nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage.
