基于 TRIZ 的简易更换组合式电源开关设计研究

摘要

This paper proposes an optimized design program of the new modular power switch controller, whose design idea based on the embedded combination of techniques and using pluggable operation as its re-placeable means.This paper introduces the operational principle and working mode of the new modular power switch.Through TRIZ we quickly find the solution to the problem and realize the innovative design of the power switch.%新型组合式电源开关控制器的优化设计方案以嵌入式组合技术为设计思想，以插拔式操作方法为更换手段。新型组合式电源开关的工作原理分为嵌入式插座和插头式电源开关两部分；工作模式首次安装后，后续维护只需要采用插拔方式更换。运用TRIZ理论快速找到问题解决方案，实现了电源开关的创新设计。
