Land system history as an important research topic,has been praised by the historiography circles attention. So far, the academic circles for its research has been a long history, and the emergence of a number of valuable research results. But there are controversial,such as identifying the historical data,the origin of open field system, and open field system and the relationship between the enclosure.%土地制度史作为一个重要的研究课题，一直备受英国史学界的关注。迄今为止，学界对其研究已经有了一个相当长的历史，且出现了一批颇有价值的研究成果。但也不乏争议之处，如史料的甄别、敞田制的起源，以及敞田制与圈地之间的关系等。
