论图书馆采访人员的价值取向

摘要

采访人员的价值取向直接影响图书馆采访工作，影响采访人员的采访行为及采访人员选书的价值取向。文章提出在网络环境下应努力实现政治取向、功利取向、审美取向和道德取向，使图书馆采访人员的价值取向能够在图书馆采访行为中得到充分体现。%Acquisitioning librarians'orientation of values affects the library acquisition work directly , especially the acquisitioning behaviors of librarians and their value orientation in choosing books .In this paper ,it is pointed out that under the netw ork environment ,the value orientation of acquisition-ing librarians should be fully manifested in the process of acquisition from the perspectives of political orientation ,utilitarian orientation ,aesthetic orientation and moral orientation .
