Based on the analysis of the problems that exist in the quantitative assessment of the librarians' performance, this paper takes the acquisition librarians as an example, selecting the job responsibility as the key factor, putting forward the quantitative assessment system, methods and the use of the result, so that the assessment can be implemented normally.%在分析目前图书馆馆员绩效考核工作存在的问题的基础上,以图书馆采访人员为例,以岗位职责为考核要素,提出了馆员绩效量化考核的体系、考核的方法和考核结果运用,便于对馆员实施常态化的绩效考核。
