高校学报发展战略的SWOT分析

摘要

利用SWOT分析工具综合分析了学报的优劣势所在及所面临的机会与挑战，提出了未来高校学报的主要发展战略，即发挥内部优势与利用外部机会的SO战略和利用外部机会来弥补内部劣势的WO防御型战略，包括发挥学报的资源优势、人才优势、政策优势、合作优势，创新体制机制、强化管理制度、加强网络建设等。以期高校学报增强竞争优势，实现可持续发展战略目标。%This paper utilizes SWOT analysis tool to analyze the superiorities and disadvantages of journals comprehensively as well as the opportunities and challenges which journals face .It proposes the main development strategies of future journals ,which are the SO strategy of developing interior superiorities and utilizing external opportunities and the WO defense strategy of utilizing external opportunities to compensate the interior disadvantages ,including developing resource ,talent ,policy , and cooperation superiorities of journals as well as innovating system , strengthening management system and strengthening network establishment .These strategies aim to strengthen the competition superiorities of journals and achieve the sustaining development strategies .
