硅烷偶联剂改性PPy/SiO纳米导电复合材料的研究

         

摘要

Silica particles were first modified by silane coupling agent aminopropyltriethoxy, then PPy/SiO nanocomposites were prepared by crnhemical polymerization.In the text, the structural characterization and action mechnism of coupling agent were discribed.The research resultrns about conductivity of nanocomposites indicate that the adding of APS made the increasing of PPy content, conductivity and stability of comrnposite materials. The conductivity of PPy/APSSiO is 38.46 S/cm, which is the highest among those have been reported.%首先用硅烷偶联剂APS处理SiO,然后用化学聚合方法合成聚吡咯/二氧化硅(PPy/SiO)纳米复合材料.文中分析了硅烷偶联剂的结构特征和作用机理,复合rn材料电性能研究结果表明APS的加入使得复合材料的PPy含量增加,电导率及材料稳定性提高.其中PPy/1%APS—SiO复合材料电导率最高,为38.46 S/cm,达到文rn献报导最高值.
