采用电沉积技术和激光辅助电沉积技术制取了Ni-P、Ni-W-Co合金镀层和N i-P、Ni-W-Co与硬质颗粒SiC、B4C共沉积形成的复合镀层.用光学显微镜和扫描 电镜观察了不同的施镀条件下镀层的表面形貌,分析了其变化的影响因素.分析 结果表明:沉积速度和颗粒的添加量是影响镀层表面形貌的两个重要因素.%Ni-P、Ni-W-Co alloy layer and Ni-P/SiC、Ni-P/B4C、Ni-W-Co/Si C composite materials are obtained by means of electrodeposit technolo gy and laser-aided electrodeposit technology.The surface morphology o f layers of different conditions and factors casuing variation of sur face morphology are analysised with optical microscope and SME.The res ult of analysis showed that the velocity of deposition and particle ar e main factors.
