对氨基苯基-β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯合成工艺研究进展

乙烯砜型活性染料市场应用前景广阔,对氨基苯基-β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯(对位酯)是合成乙烯砜型活性染料的重要中间体,研究并探索其合成工艺非常重要.综述了以乙酰苯胺、对硝基氯苯等为起始原料合成对氨基苯基-β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯的工艺路线,指出了各种工艺路线的优缺点及改进方法,对每条工艺路线作出了客观评价.在对合成对位酯中间体酯化方法进行综合分析的基础上,指出了对氨基苯基-β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯的发展前景:重视新路线的开发,采用清洁工艺和新技术,大力发展优势产品,加快染料中间体的发展速度,向高附加值产品方向发展.%The p-aminophenyl-β-sulfatoethylsulfone is one of the most important intermediates of vinyl-sulfone reactive dyes, and the demanded quantity increases gradually.The synthetic routes of p-aminophenyl-β-sulfatoethylsulfone using acetanilide, p-nitrochlorobenzene, etc.as raw materials are reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages and improved method of various kinds of synthetic routes are introduced, the objective evaluation is made for each synthetic route, and the esterification for synthesis of the intermediates of β-hydroxyethylsulfone esterification is analyzed.The prospect of p-aminophenyl-β-sulfatoethylsulfone is forecasted: Attaches great importance to the development of new routes, uses clean technology and new technology, develops the competitive products, speeds up the development of dye intermediates, and develops high value-added products.
