基于人才流失视角的国有股份制商业银行人力资源管理研究

         

摘要

随着中国金融体制的改革和金融业的全面开放,各商业银行之间的竞争更加激烈,而各商业银行之间的竞争主要体现为人才的竞争。目前,国有股份制商业银行存在着人才流失的困境。本文剖析了人才流失对国有股份制商业银行的影响,探析了影响国有股份制商业银行人才流失的关键因素,并提出了国有股份制商业银行加强人力资源管理的战略选择。%As China's financial system reform and the full liberalization of the financial industry, the competition between the commercial banks is more intense. But the competition between the commercial banks is mainly the talent competition. Currently, the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks faced the plight of talent turnover. This paper analysed the impact of talent turnover to the stated-owned joint-stock commercial banks, and dissected the key factor of the talent turnover. Finanlly, this paper put forword the strategic for the stated-owned joint-stock banks to enhance their human resources management.
