State-owned Commercial Banks to be Equitised

In late September 9, the Government agreed on an approach of equitising three remaining State-owned commercial banks, namely the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), the Vietnam Industrial and Commercial Bank (Incombank) and the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank). The State Bank of Vietnam is finalising all plans for the equitisation of the banks to submit to the Government for approval.
