实训基地校企双元运作模式研究--以国家级高职计算机应用与软件技术实训基地为例

为了更好地发挥国家级计算机应用与软件技术实训基地的职能，服务专业人才培养和社会生产需要，构建校企双元运作模式是一种很好的尝试。健雄职业技术学院从基地管理制度入手，实施双元运作模式，吸引企业入驻基地，开办经济实体，校企共同培养师资，加强教学产业园建设，实践证明，实训基地校企双元运作模式具有科学性和可行性。%In order to better play the functions of national computer application and software technology training base, serve for professional talents training and social production, the dual operation mode of school and enterprise is a good choice. Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology puts emphasis on management system,implies dual mode,introduces enter-prises to training base,runs economic entity,trains teaching staff with enterprises,and strengthens construction of teach-ing industrial park. The practice proves that the dual mode of school and enterprise is scientific and feasible.
