In present study, the mRNA and amino acid sequence of chicken SH3RF2 were obtained from the U.S. National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). The 3'UTR sequence of SH3RF2 was deter- mined by using the NCBI/Blast software for sequence analysis and homology comparison, and then the mi- croRNA targets located in the 3'UTR and CDS regions of SH3RF2 were predicted by miRanda (1.0)software. In addition, physicochemical properties and primary structure of SH3RF2 protein were analyzed by using the bioinformatics database, and the secondary and tertiary structure were also simulated. A phylogenetic tree of SH3RF2 was constructed. The results of the study will be of great importance for estabilishing the specific rela- tionship between insertion and/or deletion of SH3 RF2 and growth or body weight of broiler chickens.%为了解鸡St-13RF2基因的结构与功能,由NCBI数据库获得鸡SH3RF2基因的mRNA和氨基酸序列数据信息,利用NCBI/Blast软件进行序列分析、同源性比对确定鸡SH3RF2基因的3’UTR区序列。在此基础上,利用公共数据库和相关软件对SH3RF2基因的CDS(coding sequence)区和其3’uTR(untranslated region)区进行了MicroRNA靶标的预测分析,进一步利用生物信息学相关数据库对其蛋白理化性质和一级结构进行分析,模拟了其二级结构和空间结构并构建了SH3RF2蛋白的系统进化树。
