Objective To evaluate the significance of bioelectrical impendance analysis in the measurement of body fat.Methods The body fat was determined by using bioelectrical impendance analysis and triceps skinfold (TSF) methods in 129 cases waiting for operation.Results The result of body fat obtained by bioelectrical impendence analysis and TSF metheds have significant corelation.(Men r=0.773,P<0.05;Women r=0.5,P<0.001).There are no notable difference between the two methods for the determination of over body fat,normal body fat and emaciation in the 129 cases (Kappa=0.547,P<0.05).Conclusion Measurement of body fat by bioelectrical impendance analysis is a pratical way with reliable result.%目的判定生物电阻抗法对患者体脂含量测定的意义。方法用生物电阻抗方法和皮褶厚度法对129例外科择期手术患者进行体脂含量测定。结果对129例患者用皮褶厚度计所测皮褶厚度和利用人体脂肪测定仪所测体脂含量有显著相关性:等级相关系数男性r=0.773(P<0.05)。女性r=0.5(P<0.001)。两种方法对129例患者体脂过量,体脂正常,消瘦检出例数经一致性检验,Kappa值=0.547(P<0.05)。结论用生物电阻抗法对人体体脂测定方法可靠,实用性强,具有一定的临床应用价值。
