肾脏嗜酸细胞瘤4例诊治分析

摘要

目的 探讨肾脏嗜酸细胞瘤的临床特征及诊断和治疗方法,以提高对该病的诊治水平.方法 报告4例肾脏嗜酸细胞瘤的临床资料,4例均为体检时偶然发现,肿瘤直径2.5～7.5cm,平均4.8cm.术前均诊断为肾癌,3例行肾癌根治术,1例行肾部分切除术.结果 术后4例均痊愈,平均住院时间9.5d,随访8～68个月,无肿瘤复发及转移.结论 肾脏嗜酸细胞瘤是一种良性的、有着良好预后的肾脏肿瘤,其临床症状及影像学检查无明显特征性表现,术前诊断困难,主要依靠病理检查明确,治疗以保肾手术为宜.%Objective To explore the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of renal oncocytoma, and to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods The data of 4 cases with renal oncocytoma were retrospectively reviewed.All cases were found occasionally while physical examination.The tumors'size was 2.5cm to 7.5cm with an average of 4.8 cm.All cases were diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma,3 cases underwent nephrectomy, 1 case underwent partial nephrectomy.Results All cases recovered without any complications, the average hospital stay was 9.5 days, no recurrence or metastasis occurred during 8 to 68 months follow - up.Conclusion Renal oncocytoma is a benign tumor with excellent prognosis, it has no specific features on the aspects of symptom and imaging, there is some difficulty in diagnosis and differential diagnosis between renal oncocytoma and renal cell carcinoma, the dignosis should be established on histopathologic studies.Nephron - sparing surgery is a suitable treatment for renal oncocytoma.
