利妥昔单抗治疗原发性巨球蛋白血症疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨利妥昔单抗(美罗华)治疗原发性巨球蛋白血症患者的疗效.方法 对6例原发性巨球蛋白血症患者给予美罗华375mg/m2,每周1次,每4周为一疗程,3个月后重复治疗4周.结果 6例中部分缓解3例,病情稳定2例,1例患者因有持续血尿而退出美罗华维持治疗,但血尿在治疗2周后消失.结论 美罗华治疗原发性巨球蛋白血症安全有效.%Objective To study the effect of Mabthera in treating primary Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. Methods The patients were treated with Mabthera at the dose of 375mg/m2/week.Each course of treatment lasted four weeks, and repeated after 3 months. Results Three patients reached partial remission ( PR ), two patients' condtions were stabilized, and one patient quit treating because of continuous hematuresis , but hematuresis ever vanished after 2 weeks. Conclusion Mabthera was effective and safe in the treatment of primary Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia .
