Objective To evaluate united test significance in the diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis (TBM)with modified acid-fast staining method of cerebrospinal fluid and real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR).Methods Cerebrospinal fluid samples from 81 patients with TBM were detected for Mycobacterium tuberculosis respectively with centrifugal modified acid-fast staining method and real-time FQ-PCR.Results The positive rate of modified acid-fast staining 66.7%(54/81)was significantly higher than that of FQ-PCR 50.6%(41/81),there was significant difference between the two methods(P <0.05).Conclusion Modified acid-fast staining method is significantly better than FQ-PCR in the diagnosis of TBM.%目的:评价脑脊液改良抗酸染色法与实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction,FQ-PCR)法诊断结核性脑膜炎(tuberculous meningitis,TBM)的意义。方法 TBM 患者81例,采集脑脊液检测标本,分别采用离心甩片改良抗酸染色法、实时 FQ-PCR 法检测抗酸杆菌。结果81例改良抗酸染色法阳性率66.7%(54/81)高于 FQ-PCR 方法阳性率50.6%(41/81),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在诊断 TBM 方面,改良抗酸染色方法显著优于 FQ-PCR 方法。
