Accordingto the results obtained wecould say that the developed method was able to detect concentrations in the range of ng/mL with a goodlinearity. Onthe otherhandwemadeotherexperimentsin which we reached a good linearity in the range of pg/mL levels. Unfortunately due to the high variability related to the process, these kind of concentrations are not statistically reproducible at the moment. Above all, wecouldsaythat is nowpossibleto treat serumsampleswithout making any pre-treatments prior the digestion and the purification. The possibility of reducing operation to achieve the analysis significantly decrease the error related to the sample. By Applying the purification on magnetic beads weavoided the problems related to the characteristics of different matrices as we demonstrated in synovial fluid. As a whole this methods is theoretically applicable to all kind of proteins in all kind of matrices, in particular this method could be particularly efficient when prote in spresent high phenomenon of nonspecific binding and every step made to perform the analysis means a significant loss of sensitivity.
