基于知识管理提升集群网络的创新能力

摘要

集群网络的创新能力决定了集群网络的核心竞争力，而知识管理正是影响集群网络创新能力的重要因素。基于知识管理，如何影响以及提高集群网络的创新能力是本文的研究重点。从知识管理、集群网络、创新能力的基本理论入手，从本质上分析了知识管理如何影响集群网络的创新能力，之后提出基于知识管理，提高集群网络的创新能力的手段，为产业集群的创新发展献计献策。%The innovative ability of the cluster network determines the core competitiveness of the clus-ter network,and knowledge management is the important factor that affects the innovative ability of the cluster network.Based on the knowledge management,how to influence and improve the in-novative ability of the cluster network is a focus of research in this paper.From the knowledge management,the cluster network,the basic theory of innovative ability,the author basically analy-zes the impact of knowledge management on the innovative ability of the cluster network,and rai-ses the manners to improve the innovative ability of the cluster network based on knowledge man-agement.
