基于智能算法的锅炉控制技术探讨

         

摘要

研究影响锅炉燃烧热效率的因素方面,主要针对风煤比的作用,通过智能算法-遗传算法(GA)在解决多目标优化问题上的显著特点[1],着重在锅炉控制系统模型上应用GA的寻优方式去寻找在保持给煤量不变的情况下锅炉热效率燃烧对应的最佳送分风量,并在不同负荷运行下进行测试,实现节能目的.%In this paper, the study on the influencing factors of combustion thermal efficiency of the boiler is mainly about the effect of the ratio of air to coal. Through the obvious features of intelligent algorithm-genetic algorithm(GA)in terms of solving the multi-objective optimization, the optimization method of GA is applied in boiler control system to find the best air-sending quantity, which corresponds to thermal efficiency combustion of the boiler, under the condition of same coal quantity, and test it in different load operation, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy.
